I am the webmaster of Ben’s site; I wanted to thank you for posting this. I’m commenting because Benamar Benatta needs our help. I hope every reader will check out Ben’s site, as kindly posted by frederictonpeace.org in the title of this article. We were doing well, but the signatures are beginning to dwindle. I implore anyone who cares about human rights to please consider signing our petition. Our targets right now are Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day. Right now it’s “technically” for Canadians, but Americans have been signing it, so no matter where you are, your signatures are important to us. We will have one strictly for Americans soon, but right now, consider it a sort of informal “international” petition. If you sign it, please remember how important it is to use the field available to include your own comments: many agencies will “not count” signatures with no comments, or “form letters”—or rather, they do count them, but they only count them as “one”. So if two hundred people sign but leave no personal comment, some agencies MIGHT choose to count two hundred as… “one”.

We’ve got other things in the works and we will be listing them on Ben’s site as we go along. Your suggestions would certainly help. If nothing else, please simply register at the site, and talk to Ben. He monitors the site frequently and after what this gentle man has gone through, you can’t put a price on a kind word or two. People who have been tortured like he was… their recovery is very… GRIM. But it IS possible. With treatment and support and kind words: support from people like me. And you.

Dear Sir,
I know benammar benatta, I met him in batavia detention center, I was turned over to the americans by canadian on June 10, 2005 illegally and unlawfully, after I lived 6 years in canada working and paying tax, doing my volunteer work and I speak three languages fluently, french, english and arabic, the reason for turning me over to the U.S is to divorce me from my wife Roxanne, I was jailed 16 months until the divorce is final, I was arrested illegally and unlawfully in toronto on january 8, 2005, just two weeks after the fiancee visa was approved at the U.S embassy in Montreal, I went through the federal court in Buffalo NY and the judge told them I m not terrorist and I have nothing to do with terrorists or terrorism, the allegation of terrorism came after the federal court knew that the federal agents, FBI, homeland security, ICE and INS are laying and they are facking the allegation to gain time by using the federal court and the whole system, on september 21, 2005 the FBI and prosecutor told the judge I m terrorist and the FBI told them Don’t tell me again that MR bouchaib Is terrorist, the canadian border service and immigration facked a document between SEptember 21, 2005 and November 1, 2005 saying that I was turned over to the U.S because I m a suspected terrorist, the document was dated for june 10, 2005, the date I was handed over to the U.S, I was released after 16 months and I m asking for my rights full and asking why Canadiand turned me over to the US after I lived in canada 6 years, working, paying tax and doing my volunteer work, and I never have or had a criminal reccord

Batavia Detention Center of INS and ICE with the involvment of the FBI Near Buffalo NY, is where I was assassinated, ruined and destroyed illegally and unlawfully after I was handed over illegally and unlawfully by Canadian Border secrives, immigration, CSIS and RCMP to be assassinated by the FBI and homeland security in Batavia detention center as another guantanamo bay, I m Brahim Bouchaib, my case was watched and treated by the federal court of NY, judges, court and magistrats know what happened, I need this case to see light soon, the war on terror is very dangerous war and any switch of duty is greater danger, the agents has no right or authority to assassinate and destroy someone, jail for 16 months and ruin the life of someone just because he is married with an american woman and because a fiancee visa was approved at the U.S embassy in Montreal, the collaboration between governments agents in Canada and U.S must focus on real terrorism not to divorce people from their wives, this is a betrayal and mislead of general public and the whole system.
all these agents must be prosecuted and sentenced to jail for life time and banned from returning to any government job.
The canadian border services, immigration, CSIS and RCMP and others are working under the authority of the U.S agents, an immigrant in canada can be turned over to be assassinated in the U.S, a immigrant in canada is not safe at all, an immigrant in canada is just a piece of shit, but who they are really the Canadian agents from Border services to immigration to CSIS, RCMP and others, they are just a tools in the hands of others……very disturbing, my case must see light and rights

what is the relation between the case of Brahim Bouchaib and other algerian men who were arrested in toronto because just Mr Bouchaib had a visa approval at the U.S embassy in Montreal on december 21, 2004 and Mr Benammar benatta release from Batavia NY jail on july 20,2006 where mr Bouchaib was held and the Toronto 18 story that happened on june 02, 2006 just 24 hours after Mr bouchaib was taken to Buffalo to attend a subpena in a front of fake jury on june 01, 2006
lets connect the dots and say the full story please, don’t lie to people you pigs, lets tell it at it is, why Mr Bouchaib was kednapped and turned over to the U.S to be assassinated, jailed, ruined and tortured illegally?????
