Cinema Politica Fredericton presents Budrus on Thurs, May 2nd
The 2010 documentary film, Budrus, will screen Thursday, May 2nd, at 7 p.m. at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre’s Multi-Purpose Room (732 Charlotte St) in Fredericton.
Budrus is an inspirational story of one Palestinian community which finds unlikely allies in their peaceful resistance against the destructive force of cialis forum achat the occupation. The documentary follows a Palestinian leader who unites Fatah, Hamas and Israelis in an unarmed movement to save his village from destruction. Success eludes them until his 15-year-old daughter jumps into the fray. This film is shown in conjunction with the expo A Child’s View from Gaza (ACVG) at the Charlotte
Street Art Centre’s Penny Gallery from April 26-May 26, 2013.This expo is a set of 26 works of children’s art from Gaza.
